The 10-Second Print Checklist
- Scale: Set to "Fit to Printable Area" or 98% (prevents edge clipping).
- Margins: Set to "None" or "Default" (our PDFs include built-in margins).
- Orientation: Verify your printer driver auto-rotates to match Landscape or Portrait.
- Quality: Select "High Quality" or "Fine" for the crispest typography.
Choosing the Right Paper Weight
The thickness and finish of your paper dramatically change how your calendar feels and holds up to pens, highlighters, and sticky notes.
Standard Copy Paper
Standard multipurpose printer paper found in every home and office. Best for quick disposable monthlies, chore charts, and temporary scratch notes.

How to Fix Printing Glitches
1 Bottom row is partially cropped
Most desktop printers have a larger margin requirement at the bottom paper edge (often 0.5 inches). In your PDF viewer, switch scaling from "100%" to "Fit" or "95%".
2 Colors look different than on screen
Computer screens use RGB light, while printers use CMYK physical ink. Warm tones like terracotta and sage are calibrated to print rich and natural, but ensure your print dialog isn't forced into "Grayscale / Black & White".
3 Lines appear faint or broken
Check your printer driver resolution settings. If set to "Draft" or "Toner Saver", fine grid rules may fade. Change the print quality preset to "Standard" or "High / Best".
4 A4 vs US Letter paper size mismatch
If you load US Letter paper into an A4 printer setting (or vice versa), the layout will shift. Select your actual paper tray size in the studio top bar before generating your PDF.
